NAMES: Individuals must ensure that all names are spelled correctly and match their personal identification on their passport or valid Travel identification that will be presented upon check-in. Date of birth and billing address must also be provided at the time of deposit. A name correction, name change, or substitution fee will apply with an administration fee of $90.00 plus tax prior to final payment or $190.00 plus tax after the balance due date PLUS any supplier change fees that may apply. No name changes will be permitted within 14 days of departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have proper identification and documentation on hand while travelling.

Skis & Snowboards:
Ski or Snowboard Equipment

One or more sets of skis carried together in the same container count as one piece of checked baggage. Skis and poles must be packed in a rigid and/or hard-shell case specifically designed for shipping. If carried separately, a set of ski poles will count as one piece of checked baggage.

No oversize charge applies to skis. But any overweight charges will apply. One boot bag is permitted per passenger and won't count as a piece of checked baggage if: it's carried along with skis or snowboard and it contains only boots.
