Available Deductions/Additions:
6-day Adult (under 65 years) ski lift pass, add $110.00
Active Senior (75 years & over, born 1952 or earlier) ski lift pass, deduct $215.00
No lifts, deduct $645.00
Single room: add $635.00 (2 single rooms are available)
No flights (land only), deduct $1400.00

Trip requires a minimum of 25 paying participants
Package price is based on current fixed costs and are subject to increases in taxes, fuel costs, etc.

NAMES: Individuals must ensure that all names are spelled correctly and match their valid Passport. Date of birth and billing address must also be provided at the time of deposit. A name correction, name change, air deviation or substitution fee will apply with a $90.00 plus tax administration fee prior to final payment or $195.00 plus tax after the balance due date PLUS any supplier change fees that may apply. No name changes will be permitted within 14 days of departure. It is the traveler’s responsibility to have proper identification and documentation on hand while travelling. Passports must be valid for 6 months after the trip return date. BAGGAGE:

1st Checked Baggage: Free (weight restrictions apply)
In addition, ski equipment is free of charge when travelling to/from Canada and Europe

Ski or Snowboard Equipment:

One or more sets of skis carried together in the same container and a boot bag is counted as one piece of checked baggage. Clothing cannot be packed inside the ski or boot bag.

TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICIES:
$1,600.00 non-refundable deposit due by May 21,2026 

$2,500 non-refundable deposit due by Sept 10, 2026

Final balance due by December 14, 2026 (trip will be 100% non-refundable)

Allianz Global Assist insurance is available. Optional cancel for an unforeseen reason rider can be added at the time of deposit.
