Price:
$5,113.00 CAD per person, based on double occupancy
Available Deductions/Additions:
Single Supplement: Add $1007.00 CAD – On request (have their own room)
Land Only: Deduct $1400.00 CAD
Non-Skier: Deduct $215.00 CAD
Individuals must ensure that all names are spelled correctly and match their Valid Canadian Passports, which they will be bringing.
Failure to comply with these after ticketing (Final Payment) will result in a name change fee of $75.00 + HST.
No name changes will be permitted within 10 business days prior to the departure date.
Once a name change is submitted and completed by the airline, the tickets will be re-issued and is at the airline’s discretion on when tickets will be sent to Merit’s air department. Your group’s manager will send the revised E-tickets as soon as corrected tickets are received.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to have proper identification on hand while travelling.
An administration fee of $90 per person plus tax, plus any difference in airfare will apply. Deviations will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be requested and completed prior to trip balance due date.

1st Checked Baggage: Included (free)
2nd Checked Baggage: $100 CAD per direction
More sets of skis carried together in the same container count as one piece of checked baggage. Skis and poles must be packed in a rigid and/or hard-shell case specifically designed for shipping. If carried separately, a set of ski poles will count as one piece of checked baggage.No oversize charge applies to skis. But any overweight charges will apply.
One boot bag is permitted per passenger and won't count as a piece of checked baggage if: it's carried along with skis or snowboard and it contains only boots.
Sports equipment bags and cases can’t contain clothing or other personal items. They must be used only to carry sports equipment.

Optional Travel Insurance: Allianz all-inclusive insurance plan is available to protect from loss of non-refundable cancellation penalties when such cancellation is for medical reasons. A doctor’s certificate must be presented to the insurance company for reimbursement. Optional cancel for any reason rider can be added to the plan. Full insurance details are available and will also be provided with purchase of an insurance policy.
