TERMS AND PAYMENT POLICIES:

Package Price $4599.00 based on double occupancy. A non-refundable registration fee of CAD400 per person is required and due at the time you register. This will be deducted from your total tour fare, the balance of which will be due by Dec 31, 2023. If you need to cancel the trip for any reason after Dec 31, 2023 you will be at a loss of CAD$700 on top of the CAD$400 registration fee, otherwise you will receive a full refund (minus the CAD$400 non-refundable registration fee).
Securing or updating a passport is your responsibility. Passports must be valid 6 months past travel date.
There will be a valuable trip orientation meeting and pre-tour briefing for all participants; date, time and location will be announced. We will answer all your questions and familiarize you with details you will need to know.
